The Young Dancers Academy has been training dancers for over 13 years. As a registered charity, we provide full-time vocational training for talented young people aged 11 - 16 who wish to pursue a career in classical ballet.
We want to give any student, regardless of social or economic background the opportunity to train full time with us but we need your support.
By joining us in one of our support packages you are directly supporting our talented students and their passion for dance.
Become a Friend
Join the grassroots movement to support budding talent at the Young Dancers Academy
As a friend of YDA, you pledge your support to the next generation of UK-trained dance talent. Friends are noted as supporters of the school on our website and in print at our events. This subscription includes invitation to our friends and benefactors open day, with the opportunity to watch our students in training and rehearsal.*
Take your support further and expand your commitment to supporting our young people in training and performance
As a benefactor, your support allows our students to flourish. Enjoy the benefits of our friend scheme, with the addition of priority booking for performances and newsletters to keep you informed of our students progress. Benefactors join us at our friends and benefactors day and will have the opportunities to observe training and performances throughout the school year.*
Support one of our students tuition fees for a term
Donating a bursary is a wonderful way to give a young person the support they need to train at YDA. You get access to priority booking for performances and events as well as opportunities to engage with us at our home in Shepherd's Bush.*
Become a Scholarship Donor
Directly support a talented young dancer by providing a term-long scholarship to train with us at the Young Dancers Academy
Donating a scholarship enables a student to fulfil their potential and take a further step towards becoming a professional. As well as the dedicated naming your scholarship, we keep you updated on the awardee's progress throughout the school year. You also share all the benefits of our benefactors.
